RoomSearch is a portal to display room characteristics for instructional spaces at Cal Poly Pomona.
RoomSearch is provided by the office of Academic Resources as an aid to scheduling and as an information source for campus employees.
Some data elements in RoomSearch are still being reconciled from a variety of data sources. For questions about a particular room, please contact the college responsible for scheduling.
To use RoomSearch, you will need to provide your CPP Intranet username and password, which is usually your e-mail password also. For username and password help, contact the I&IT HelpDesk (Room 1-100, ext. 6776). For assistance or issues with RoomSearch, contact the Academic Resources Office at ext. 3408.
There are three ways to Find an Instructional Space. You may search by building, by instructional capacity, or by a variety of room characteristics. Detailed information including a picture of the room is provided and the data displayed is pre-formatted for printing purposes.
Quarterly room schedules showing course information from BroncoData are another integral part of RoomSearch. Use these schedules to provide a quick view of classes scheduled for the quarter, year, building and room you specify. The information in the BroncoData data warehouse is refreshed nightly.
