2010-11 CSU Chancellor's Doctoral Incentive Program The California State University is seeking applicants for the 2010-11 Chancellor's Doctoral Incentive Program (CDIP). CDIP is open to applicants who will be new or continuing full-time students in doctoral programs at accredited universities anywhere in the U.S. Participants may borrow up to $10,000 per year up to a total of $30,000.
