Cal Poly Pomona's Orientation Program * is a great way to begin your university experience and insure your successful transition into the academic community. Orientation is designed to promote your academic achievement and personal development through academic advising, selection of classes, priority registration, and small group discussions. You will also get to know student leaders, meet other new students and experience campus life here at Cal Poly Pomona.

Transfer Students

If you are planning to transfer to Cal Poly, Pomona from a California community college and want to know which courses at that college "articulate" with courses at Cal Poly, Pomona, visit ASSIST* (Articulation System Stimulating Interinstitutional Student Transfer). ASSIST can help you determine if you will receive credit for courses you've already taken, and how those courses will apply to specific academic goals.
